Hello!
My Sony Xperia Z1 Compact started to have issues and I will be sending it in for repairs. I have backed it up with the Xperia Companion but knowing Amazon it is possible they will give me the money back if repairing the phone proves costly.
Now with that in mind I might just switch brands and would like to have a backup that will work with possibly any other android device.
It is also important for said software to be able to create a backup without me having to confirm anything on the phones screen as it stopped responding.
I assume that the backup from the Xperia Companion will not be compatible with anything else.
