Are these PCs good for gaming?

I'd opt for Austin's build over the 2600 + 290X, simply due to the upgrade path, but I'd make some changes.

1050TI over a 1050
1TB HDD over a small SSD - an SSD can be added later
A better quality PSU (the 430W isn't too great). The 450B is a little better, but I'd prefer an S12II 520W or a CX450..... they're a little pricey today though.
