Pretty straightforward. Don't need any opinions on the content of the build, just how much it would be worth if YOU were going to buy it. US Dollars, NY State if you need to be that specific... Please and thanks!

My local pricing in NZ would be no use to you, but as a less specific answer I would price up a brand new i5 7600K machine with specs as close as possible to that build then pay between 1/2 to 3/4 of that price. Any more than that and for me personally it becomes foolish not to go for the newer hardware.
A 3770K is a nice CPU still but is 4 generations old now. A current i5 would match it and have a much newer platform around it as well.

I didn't ask about new hardware, sir. I prefer a dollar amount (USD) over ambiguity. Thanks!

Thanks for the input. I had no delusions about selling this for anywhere near the value all these parts were purchased for. I was on my local craigslist page yesterday and saw some clown asking for $1500.00 for a PC with a 2nd Gen i7 and a GTX 780 and not only that but the thing was dirty as heck and not well maintained.

I just wanted to make sure what I was asking was reasonable before I posted.

My answer was not ambiguous, just requires you to do some work yourself. Price a new machine like I said, divide the price in half, there's your answer.

I could have said I'd pay $1000 NZD for it but that would have been completely useless to you because even if you found out the exchange rate prices here are very different to US and generally much higher. So I tried to find a way to answer your question that was not region specific.
