Hello! I'm planning to get a GTX 1060 (using a GTX 660 right now) and I can't decide between these three models:

I'm pretty concerned about noise levels and overall temperatures. Which one has better and more "silent" cooling? Should I go for the ASUS since it includes two free games now, or the MSI is an overall better choice? I keep reading a lot of mixed opinions, so it's hard to choose.
Also, is the OC version of the ASUS Strix worth the extra cost?
