They already have a page dedicated towards it's minimum resources. By heavy duty, you just need to make sure you have more than the minimum amount of ram. Recently I've had a friend take suggestions from me whereby I asked he get at least 32GB of ram and nothing less than an i7-7600K. You're also going to need to invest in a workstation grade card since gaming graphic cards although can get the job done aren't the right component to have when doing professional duties.
