Hello I just recently built a gaming PC and I've been trying to play games but my games keep dropping frames! My specs are an FX8150, 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ, RX 480 8gb, 1tb 7200rpm HD. What happens is that it runs smooth at 60fps and then it drops down to about 20 fps for a second then shoots back up it happens every 10 to 15 seconds. The games it happens on mostly is Forza Horizon 3, Fallout 4, Cod Black ops 3, and Battlefield 1. I have tried disabling my antivirus, Updating my graphics driver to the latest Currently 17.3.3, Uninstalling and re-installing my graphics drivers and my gpu and none of it worked. I do understand that the CPU and gpu combo isn't the greatest but it runs 60 frames all the time but it just stutters and I can't find out why.
