Change the CPU to a Pentium G4560 it offers i3-6100 Performance for only $55 US, just make sure you change to a B250 Motherboard (one with 4 RAM slots would be nice for future upgrades). For the GPU, try squeeze an RX 470 4GB in if you can they are usually only slightly more than a 1050 Ti but ~30% more Performance. Hope this helps
