hi everyone , my hard disk model is WD3200AAKS , it was working absolutely fine in my dell pc , but i dont know what happened in my pc , it is not turning on , so i want to recover my data from my hard disc . can i do it ? and how . thanks

Solution
I think the reason why your PC won't turn on is due to a dead PSU. In fact with the way you've listed your specs and it being a prebuilt, the PSU died due to capacitor degradation. perhaps see if you can source a brand new replacement PSU... and that should be enough to get the system up and running(provided you want to revive it)?

Plug the HDD onto an available SATA port on another computer or via the USB using an adapter and using an app like Recuva, you can back up your data provided the drive isn't physically damaged.

You sure your PC isn't compromised, like the PSU is faulty/damaged? Mind sharing your full system's specs with us? List them as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Do you have any Linux or anything similar usb or dvd boots? You might have to go "outside of Windows" to hopefully be able to open and read this HD.
Many data recovery folks say: assume imminent HD physical failure until proven to be a software problem. Trying "everything" often leads to much hard DR recovery and much more expensive DR recovery. Having said that, I recommend, pretend you only have 2 hours of HD spin -- make a one-pass clone or a one-pass full image onto external media before trying restoration and/or recovery software approaches.
Also, WD Passport Etc. often if not always uses on-board/circuit-level encryption, regardless of whether DriveLock used a password or no password. Recovery attempts may yield encrypted files.
