So my brother wants to have a custom PC built for a budget of $700

He doesn't really play any hardcore games, he mainly plays LoL, SC2, D3, and Guild Wars 2 or so, to give you guys a idea. Although, he does want his specs to be able to play new games, if possible.

A Antec Nine Hundred ATX Mid Tower Case is a must for this build, thanks.

That is a pretty expensive case for that budget. If you can compromise on that, you can accommodate a decent SSD.

Oh true, some parts we will be buying from a local Fry's if it's cheaper than online prices, the case is $30 less there.

Thanks for the quick list build up, appreciate it.

I would second waiting to see the Ryzen 5 offering. It's less than a week from launch. If you can't wait, the Intel CPU will do fine for what your brother wants to do, but I don't think the i5-6500 will age very well.
