Hello everyone! Here is a challenge for you!.

Can you help me build a gameing computer for 500-600 NZD?
I'm mostly wanting to run older games, like emulated ps1-2 games would be nice to run skyrim too but...I'm guessing its impossible on 600nzd
And also hopefully i could do sound recording with programs like fruty loops or something.

Is it even possible with this kind of budget

This is best nz site to get parts off

https://www.pbtech.co.nz

(I realize that with newzealands crazy parts inflation it may be better to get stuff from Amazon so if it ships here then its fine to pick parts off there too}

Also my TV will be my monitor (only a 32" 720) so no need to run 1080

Here is what i came up with. It was $620 haha but then GST kicked in and it went up to $700. D:

This would be what i would aim for it's a modest Gaming build and would do what you are asking pretty well but the shop doesn't have much selection so it was difficult to make it cheap but powerful. Hope this helps :)

*Sharing the cart doesn't work so i took a screenshot* - $711.83 NZD all up.

^ Why not just use PCPartPicker? A lot easier imo.

I'd suggest these parts and add the GPU later, when you have the money. Either an RX 460 or GTX 1050 would be great.

PCPartPicker is most definitely better but i assumed he wanted to get the components from the site he listed (which as you can see wasn't easy with their selection haha).
