Good/Bad PSU, new one needed?

Hello There,

I'm currently upgrading my gaming system and have the following components;

MSI 970 Gaming Mobo
FX6300 Black edition CPU
MSI RX480 8GB Graphics card

I'm currently have an ATX Cooler Master RS 500 PCAPJ3 500W power supply,
I'm worried I'm nearly at my limit power wise.
I've read some reviews on here of cooler master PSU's and they're considered quite poor from what I can tell, could anybody recommend me a good quality PSU with circuit protection? I'm also fairly limited on space as far as the size of the PSU box is concerned

I got to ask, if your "PSU box" is 120mm x 120mm x 86mm then how on earth you managed to fit your Cooler Master PSU in it that has the standard dimensions of ATX PSU (150mm x 140mm x 86mm)?

For a new PSU, i suggest Corsair SF600 that is the SFX PSU (100mm x 125mm x 63mm),
