Try connecting directly to the router with an Ethernet cable.
-- if it connects to the Internet, there's an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. Try deleting the connection details, then try reconnecting to it (just make sure you have the right password). If that doesn't work, try deleting the Wi-Fi adapter from the hardware profile & adding it back.
-- If it doesn't connect, try rebooting into Safe Mode with Networking. If it connects, you have a program blocking your Internet access. If it doesn't connect, try reinstalling the Ethernet adapter.
