Hi guys

firstable excuse my bad english, it's not my first language

that being said , i bought new PC 3 months ago, first week was fine, after that problems just never stop appearing

-random BSOD(not very often, happens whenever i turn off pc for some time and then torn it on)
-pc randomly freezes (everything stops for few seconds, black screen, and then it restarts on it's own)
-games randomly crashes(some games crashes within 5 to 10 minutes of playing, like the witcher 3, sometimes when i try again, they don't crash for at least an hour of playing)
-"display driver stopped responding and has recovered" this error happens very often
-isdone errors when trying to install games

-i run memtest86 for 2 hours but no error detected so i don't think it's the ram
-i tried installing fresh W7 OS two times now, no problem solved
-not overheating, GPU always at 31c CPU at 40

my specs:

windows 7 ultimate 64bit
motherboard Asus H61M-K
RAM 8GB Dual 665 MHZ DRAM frequency
GPU Asus OC GT 740 1GB GDDR5
CPU core i3 2120 3,30 GHz
PS Maxipower 180-264v. 400w

please help me i am getting desperate

Hi,

First off the GPU is weak and is probably part of the problem
requirements for witcher 3
minimum Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660 or AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870
source

also like maz89 says the power supply in cpu is junk and might have trouble delivering enough power for your rig

return it is out of the question, and no, problem happens with older games too
i know it's outdated hardware, but that's all i've got, for now

Oh boy.

I'd start by testing the system on another, reliable, high quality PSU... Can you borrow from a friend or local shop? Only way to be sure what's wrong is to actually replace components and see what works.

Well your PSU is not a mainstream PSU with any sort of quality testing so that is an immediate concern and can cause all sorts of instability.
Yoru hard drive could be bad, and also could be an infection or other glitch in your hacked version of windows (practically no one bought win 7 ultimate to begin with, certianly not to put on a low spec computer).
