PC still freezing and I've done just about everything. Plz Help.

Hey guys. I first built my PC a couple years ago. Ever since I first booted it up and got it running it started freezing. I had gotten some used parts off of EBAY and thought maybe I got some faulty parts somewhere. So I started replacing parts one by one with no solution. Now I have built a completely new PC. No used parts or anything but it is still freezing. I have no idea why. I think it might be a bad windows or something but I don't know. I will leave my build below this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

CPU: AMD FX 6300
MOBO: MSI 970 GAMING
GPU: MSI RADEON RX480 4GB
RAM: 2X 4GB GSKILL RIPJAWS
PSU: EVGA 500W
HARD DRIVE: 250GB SANDISK SSD

I tried going into the update and security settings and removing everything but it still has the same problem. I havent tried it with this new build though so maybe I'll see if that helps. I dont know if I should completely wipe the hard drive like new too and buy a new copy of windows or no?

Im using Windows 10. I tried going into settings then going to update and security then doing the reinstall. I didnt have much so I wiped everything. It worked for a couple days but it just now froze again.
