Hello
My current old pc spec:-
Motherboard:- DG41RQ
Ram:- 4gb ddr2 800bus
Processor:- dual core E5300 2.6ghz
Power supply:- A4tech pro 500watt

I have very small budget tk10000 or 110-115$
I have two option to upgrade
1- will buy rx 460 2gb with my budget price

Or

2- i can change my mobo from ddr2 ram support to ddr3 ram support.
Can use ram to 4gb ddr3 ram
Can change my processor to q9650.
Can buy radeon r7 240 with this budget

Which one is preferable to play gta v at low setting

If you have any other sugesstion
You can tell without worry

Note- i will only use this pc for 4-5 months

The dual core will hold you back some, as will the 4GB of DDR2 in all likelihood.

Honestly, I wouldn't invest much into that setup. Either an RX460 or a GTX 1050 and call it a day - at least you can move the GPU forward to a new setup.

The PSU is also likely very questionable, and old - so you may have problems running anything other than the spec in it right now.

I wouldn't invest in DDR2, nor a dated board/chip just to get to a Quad and DDR3.

GTAV can be played with a DualCore + 4GB, provided you're reasonable with your settings. On low (assuming 720p) you should be able to achieve playable framerates ~30FPS with some dips below that.
