I'm looking for a little help with upgrading my graphic card.

My system specifications:
ASUS MC 32
Intel Core i7-6700 CPU
16GB RAM
AMD Radeon R9 GPU

Question:
I'm looking to get Strix Radeon RX 480 8GB as an upgrade. Do I need to upgrade my power supply as well?

Thanks for the reply. I have 500w, do you think this will suffice the configuration + rx480 or better be on the safe side and get 600w?
