How many fans do I need?

If I have two front fans and two on top back (with a water cooler radiator on them) do I still need a top rear fan?
OR
Could i have two front and one with a radiator on at the rear top.

Thanks in advance.

Mounting the radiator in the front is usually the best option, if possible.

Otherwise no, I think the setup is good. Adding the 3rd rear fan would create negative air pressure in the case with 2 intake 3 exhaust (assuming it's the same fan you're using throughout the case) which brings dust into the case. If you have air filters, sure, go ahead and add the third fan in back.

My temps are low so I'll stick with the two in two out fans.
