I am building my first pc and I want to make sure it is good for gaming.
My build is as follows:

CPU: Intel Core i3-7100 3.9GHz Dual-Core Processor

Motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

Storage: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB ACX 2.0 Video Card

What's your total budget?

Without knowing that, I would suggest doing the following:
- Get the Intel Pentium G4560 (similar performance for half the price of that i3)
- Get a better PSU! A Seasonic M12ii or EVGA Supernova G2. 430-450W is more than enough for this build.
- I would also get a better case like the NZXT 340 (about $20 higher than the one you've picked).

This is a very good entry to gaming build which will do 50-60fps on medium to high settings at 1080p.
Assuming you get a better PSU, then this will be a very upgradeable rig for the future as well.
