Your gpu has exceeded its temperature threshold limit

My GPU Core Clock and Memory Clock are being throttled to 450MHz/300MHz respectively, at 50 degrees celsius.

I have no idea why it is doing this, but it is making my life miserable.

How do I stop my GPU from downclocking?

You could potentially use MSI Afterburner and set the max Temp Limit to something like 90 °C just to see if it makes a difference. If it works and you keep it that way, I'd make sure your card doesn't actually ever hit 90 though.
