RX 480 - 150w TDP
Rest of system - 20-40w tops
Total: 260-280w
I'd say a quality 350-400w unit would be appropriate for stock operation, and 500w would be plenty for any overclocking you'd do.

FYI, you're buying an unlocked CPU that's typically meant for overclocking, but your motherboard doesn't support overclocking. You would need a Z170/Z270 mobo for that.

Another alternative is to buy a cheaper, locked CPU and use the included cooler. OP could stick with the H110 board and get a 6700 non-K, or maybe move up to an i7 7700 and B250, which would probably still be cheaper and perform better too.
Don't get the CX430M/CX500M. Those are from an older series that weren't very good. If you provide some link(s) to some stores that you might buy from, we can take a look at what's available to you and let you know what's good.
Iam upgrading my old PC one by one, I hav bought the above Config bro and yes H110 dosnt suit for OC and I bought that to use for a max 1 year and will be buying a Z270 or B250 as u said and an extra 8gb vengeance ram
