random fps drops (is my computer bottlenecking)

can anyone tell me if this picture shows bottlenecking. This was taken after playing for honor. I am having a lot of random framerate drops while playing even when just sitting in the lobby. it says 100% utilization under CPU #0

my specs are:
cpu - intel core i5 2500 3.3 ghz
gpu - gtx 1050 ti
psu - evga 450 watt bronze
12 gigs of ram

Where are your in game settings? The 2500 was a gaming god back in the day but that day is long gone. You may be overtaxing your system. The 1050Ti is just a mid-range card.

Have you used https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner ? That will show your real-time usage. That 100% could have been a momentary spike. I set mine to look at CPU & GPU temps. and usage percentage, system memory(aka VRAM) and RAM usage.

Have you Googled 100% CPU usage with that game? There are many people experiencing that. Some people have disabled their anti-virus. Others apply other band-aids https://steamcommunity.com/app/304390/discussions/0/135510393198114735/ .

I have used msi afterburner and there appears to be no bottlenecking. I have checked for malware and viruses but none were found. I tried upgrading my psu and that didn't help at all. I'm at a loss.
Also my settings were on max when I took that picture but it has the same problem even on the lowest settings.
