Which CPU will have the least bottleneck for Asus 1070 OC

I'm looking to build my own PC and Dont want to spend a shit ton so I was wondering which CPU of AMD will not bottleneck as much I've been looking at the FX-8350 and the FX-8370 not sure which one will have the least amount of bottleneck.

I also have a Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

So if they would both bottleneck what would be a good CPU that wont bottle and the *cheapest* motherboard to support both of them

Unless you want to upgrade board, CPU, and possibly OS... the fastest FX 8xxx or 9xxx you can find OC'ed to the max will allow you to avoid most bottleneck in most games at most times. But I doubt that bottleneck will be completely eliminated at all times. One of these days I'll pop my 1070 in my FX-8350 rig and check for sure.

I dont have the board yet I'm just trying to get a board and cpu that isnt to much and wont bottleneck what do u think would be the cheapest intel board and xpu that wont bottleneck

Any H110 board and i5-6xxx or 7xxx CPU. That's one combination I have (see my sig). It runs my 1070 w/o any bottleneck at 1080p/60Hz.

But don't forget, AMD's new Ryzen 5 CPUs are soon to be released too. Although, if early reports are correct, they will be a bit slower than the Skylake and Kaby Lake i5s.

The ryzen is quite pricey, Do you think u could maybe find the cheapest/best cpu and motherboard for a 1070
