With that tiny PSU, I can only "safely" recommend a GT 730 as the best card at present. And then, only the DDR5, 64-bit version.
However, If you want to take a chance of overloading the PSU, you may be able to squeak by with a GTX 750 Ti (no 6-pin). I have one running on a 17 amp +12V rail.

well first i suggest you upgrade your power supply (i prefer evga) before you do anything else but if you choose not to upgrade your power supply then the best card you could get is maybe a gt 730 which is for games like. 1.farcry 4
2. burnout paradise
3. call of duty series
4.steam games like dota 2 and league of legends etc
5. witcher series
6. counter strike series
7. mortal combat x
8.prince of persia series.........etc that's all i know
