Hi i am experiencing issues with my GTX1050 2GB graphics card getting only 60 fps on lowest settings in cs-go (lowest resolution as well) i was wondering if there was a problem because when i try to open nvidia control panel it says you are not currently using a display attached to an nvidia GPU however when i scan my computer it says i am using a GTX1050. I have tried uninstalling my graphics card and then reinstalling via this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ulQYC_HP9s and nothing has worked. Am i just extremely bottlenecked?

Thank you for any help

From this video you can see which is which. The thing this guy installs is a graphics card, your monitor should be connected to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyNe0sSvifE
Alternatively look behind your PC to see if there is any other HDMI to connect your monitor and try.
