Ryzen 1400 or 1500x

I was just thinking to get one of these processors, but it was difficult to make a decision about what are the other differences from these processors except the cooler and clock speed? I was looking for a best budget/performance processor between 1400 and 1500X. Should I buy 1400 or 1500X? I could do oc too

Ps. I have Asrock AB350 Pro4 and Deepcool Gammaxx 400 from my previous build

The 1500x is probably the better choice, also it comes with a better cooler than the 1400.. the 1500x comes with the same cooler as the 1600x so it will be cooler and should OC better. For around 20$ more you get a better cooler and probably a chip that OC better if you feel like OCing. So I see no reason to no go for the 1500x over the 1400. :)

I think you should go for 1500X if your gonna over-clock. It has better clock speed. It has more performance. But we should wait for Independent real reviews rather than simulated reviews. You should wait for a week after release to get some independent Youtube reviews.
