My guess is the RAM is bottlenecking your build. Your ram speed is really slow at only 532MHz whereas nowadays most ram had a speed around 2133MHz.
Try upgrading your RAM

Additional to what Sloopy YT's suggested.

Are you using anything to monitor performance (like MSI Afterburner)? Choosing various options to monitor (CPU, GPU and RAM frequency and usage are often helpful) to see what is happening when you're playing games. It may or may not be an issue but I'm a little wary of your CPU temperature.

The RAM will be double the speed shown, a lot of the programs that give the specs don't allow for the double data rate (DDR), so only show half what it really is....even so, it's still quite low.

The CPU temperature would suggest it's working very hard. Many of the newer games require a very good CPU, more so than a good graphics card, and turning the quality down makes no difference if the CPU is bottlenecking. Here's a list of current CPU demanding games https://itechgyd.com/cpu-intensive-games/ Are these the games you're lagging in?
