Hellow my current rig haw this specs
Thermaltake Commander MS-I VN400A1W2N MidiTower
Gigabyte Socket AM3+ GA-970A-UD3 GLan Audio Raid
AMD Phenom II X4 980
2XCorsair XMS3 4GB DDR3 Non ECC CL9 1600MHz
ATI Radeon HD6850 OC 1GB DDR5 PCI-E Dual DVI HDMI DP
Corsair Power Supply 600W ATX 24 pin CX V2
i am working with 2 monitors and my gpu giving up slowly.
So my buget is very small like 150 euros.
what gpu to choose to be compatible with my motherboard

How old is your entire system? Are we to assume the PSU is also as old as the system? If so then you're going to need a new PSU and then you can look at something like a GTX 660 provided your BIOS is up to date. I can't confidently recommend anything above the GTX600 series or event eh GTX1050 since your last BIOS launch was way back in 2013.
