Water pump connection wires

Hello guys,
I want to build my own coffee machine, but i first need a water pump. Would just connection the red and black wires of this pump:https://www.aliexpress.com/item-img/water-pump-12V-0-42A-Brushless-DC-Motor-for-Computer-water-cooling-Sloar-system-art-spring/32721428378.html work?

That pump has a maximum pressure ('head') of 2.2m. A quick google shows that a typicall espresso machine runs at 8-10 bar - about 80-100 meters.

No way is that going to work.

Plus it's probably not built to handle boiling hot water.

Espresso is a bit different than a trickle filter coffee machine. You are correct though that connecting the red and black wires to positive and negative respectively should turn the pump on. I'd also be concerned with the water temp through the pump, but that is all dependent on your design.
