There is no reason why it shouldn't though just make sure your BIOS is up to date prior to dropping in the new GPU. One other thing to note, is that you actually have a PSU that can power the entire system without an issue. BTW, what is your PSU's make and model? Better yet, might want to share your full system's specs.
