I have seen all the Posts and no there was no solution in it as far as I have seen them.

I am getting usb device over current erros lately.
Board is an ASUS m5a99fx pro r2.0
Had no problems what soever exept giving me usb errors.

Yes I did unplug front IO usb 3.0 and 2.0. no change. Yes i unpluged all usb devices from the back. Yes I checked all my usb ports, they are all at least optically looking good. The thing is, when I unplug the PSU and plug it back in, everything seems to be fine and it boots normaly. as soon as I try to restart it will not boot and show usb over current. Also when I enter into the bios and boot out of it it sometimes happens that I am getting the error.
I thought about that and did some changes. It seems like I am getting USB over current errors mroe likely when I am running with cpu overclock. If I put everything back to stock i still get them but not so often..
Note, CPU is an old 8320 that stock runs on 3.5 and with overclock on 4.3ghz on stock voltage with a custom loop.

So Specst in a nutshell:
be quiet power zone 1000w psu
m5a99fx pro r2.0 board with 8320 cpu on 4.3 ghz on water and r9 290 on air.
nothing fancy but still these usb errors are starting to make my life hard..
Thx for helping me out! Maby someone got a solution!
