Selling Render Machine - Software (Windows) Question

I am selling a render machine and need to transfer my copy of windows 7 to the buyer. I have the disc copy, but I am not sure what I need to do on my end to make sure its hassle free for the buyer.

Any ideas on the correct way to do this?

If the copy of Windows is OEM then the installation is tied to the motherboard and all you have to do is give the seller the disc and product key.

You should also consider a clean installation of Windows to ensure (as best as possible) that the buyer can't acquire any personal information and can customise Windows to their liking.
