Awhile ago i was deleting some files but i cant delete it i tried to google on how to delete it then one topic i saw is to change the ownership that is why i tried changing the ownership while changing the ownership it has some problems and i cant continue changing the ownership then i force ejected my hard drive after that i put my hard drive again in my laptop then i can't open now my hard drive, i tried formatting it but it goes "not responding", i tried using applications like EaseUS but all of the recovery appliction goes "not responding", i tried diskpart but cmd also goes not responding. My computer can recognize it but i can't still open it. I don't need the files, I only need the external hard drive.
