Will Geforce GTX 1080 Ti be compatible with my H81M-DS2 motherboard?

the Graphics interface listed in my motherboards box is 1*PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot.

I notice that the minimum system requirements for the motherboard for that graphics card is PCI Express® or PCI Express 3.0-compliant motherboard with one dual-width x16 graphics slot.

Can it fit to my motherboard?

1. PCIE 3.0 is backwards compliant, it is what it will do, but will run faster on a PCIe 3.0 then a v2.1
2. to fully answer your question you need to identify the make and model of your power supply. this will define if your system can handle the video card you want to get installed on your H81M-DS2
