Solution
They are both rp-sma connectors it should fit. My power I means the output power of the card including the antenna gain. Things like mimo use the interference pattern between the antenna to transmit more data. This pattern is directly affected by the output power as well as many other things.

It is fairly cheap to try and if your problem is not enough signal it may still be faster even if the mimo is impacted.
Assuming you can remove the antenna, I have not seen that particular model. Pretty much everyone has moved over to the rp-sma connectors.

2.4g and 5g are pretty close in frequency. A antenna may be optimum at one frequency but the difference will not be huge at those frequencies. Most antenna manufacture have table that show the gain at a bunch of frequencies.

Now you may get more signal strength but the power and spacing of the antenna can affect the mimo ability so you can get slower speeds. This is not like the old days where only a single antenna was used. It is massively more complex now days.
