hello my water cool is acting up so i purchase https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103189&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_- my cpu sats about 35c clock at 4.3ghz will that cooler be more affective?
Also some how my cpu over clock it self by it self It use to be at 3.6ghz now its at 4.3
