I just bought a new GPU which is MSI GTX 1060 6GB. When I set it up and launch my PC, it shows the start up screen, but then it doesn't load anymore and just stays at that screen for like 2 minutes and then-black screen and just nothing. I really want to use this GPU but I can't. Right now I'm using my PC without the GPU. Maybe that GPU is not compatible with my other components? Can I fix it somehow?

Specs:
Mobo: GA-H61M-S1 (rev. 2.1)
CPU: Intel Core i3-2120
Rams: 8 GB
PSU: Corsair VS450

If you need any other specs, no problem, I can add them.

You meet that with your PSU but you'd still want to test things in another system.
