I have i5 4460 3.2ghz CPU and a XFX r9 380 4gb GPU.. I am either going to ugrade to a i7 4970K 4.0ghz OR a GTX 1070. I am a streamer and avid gamer of all types. What would you recommend I upgrade right now if you could ONLY pick 1

I would upgrade gpu first, and then look for used 4970k on the internet, i saw many of them around 100-150$.
For gaming 1070 will increase fps by a lot, but it will bottleneck cpu in many games.
