I'm very new to PC building, and could use some help. For my build I decided to go with the Ryzen 7 and the Asus Prime B350 Plus motherboard. As for my CPU cooler, I decided to go with the NZXT Kraken X52. I read that I need to obtain an AM4 bracket in order to mount my CPU cooler. I requested one, but it seems like it won't be coming in for a while. After doing this, I watched a video on YouTube about the brackets (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=705YHr1DyMw) and in some of the comments people were saying the new Asus motherboards don't require the bracket. Is this true? This may seem like a dumb question, but like I said, I'm very new to the PC building community :) Thanks in advance for the help!

Solution
Here is the link to NZXT Kraken X52. https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-x52
Click on "Notification" tab, then scroll down. You'll see a model which contains brackets for AM4 Motherboards.
You'll might need the bracket, since NZXT Kraken X52 doesn't support AM4 so you'll need to make it compatible with your motherboard.
Whatever those people in the comment section say, buy the model of X52 with AM4 Bracket. But if they're right and those Asus motherboards don't require the bracket, just ditch the bracket or (whatever you want to do with it).
I know it is going to cost you a tiny bit of extra cash for the AM4 bracket model, but come on, it is worth a try anyways.

Hope this piece of information helps!1 :)
