Is My GPU going to bottleneck my CPU?

I was upgrading my computer parts to a i5 4460 and a GTX 1070, would the 1070 bottleneck the 4460? And I currently have a Pentium G3258 and the mobo is a Gigabyte GA-H81M-H, would I have to buy a new motherboard or not for the i5?

The CPU bottlenecks the GPU not the other way around. You could get a 1060 6GB if your worried. If its only being used for 1080p then I would suggest only a 1060 6GB.

It's not the 1070 that's supposed to bottleneck, I'm sure you mean would the 4460 bottleneck the 1070, and your answer is no, it would go perfect by your 4460. Then again it may vary on the game.

Then as the above comment, I would also say you should go with a 1060, you're not even gaming at 1080p so even a 1050 ti will do, it would've been pointless to get a 1070 for 900p. 1060 will absolutely crush all the games at ultra.
