Pc black screens then restarts mid game

When ever I play a game on my PC my screens go black, I get a repeat noise and then my pc attempts to restart but nothing will happen until I manually turn my pc off and on.

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8350
RAM: 8GB RAM
GPU: AMD RADEON RX 470
MOBO: GIGABYTE 78LET (or something like that)
PSU: CORSAIR VS450w

Need a fix asap as this is the most stressful thing ever

In terms of the CPU I dont know, but its only started doing it since I instilled the new GPU, as far as the GPU temps go, I believe I haven't seen it go above 60c and stays around 55c 56c

It seems to happen more when I dont play games in my native resolution, mainly when playing Counter Strike, but it also happened when I played Fable (thats when it first happened) Now today when playing CS in 4:3 1600x900

DDU the old gpu drivers and install the new gpu driver?
