Need a Xeon mother board for win2012

I need a mother board recommendation that has drivers for Win7 and Win 2012 R2 server.
I normally only purchase Asus but they say they have only one board that supports w2012.

I don’t need or want dual physical CPU.

Here are my requirements.
Price doesn’t matter.
I want top end latest and fastest.

Xeon E5-1600 support.
(Absolutely going with Xeon instead of i7)
I don’t need a lot of cores.
I want the fastest speed (without over clocking).
So a 4 core 3.5G is plenty of power for what I am doing.

Has to have DDR4 support.
I am only going to 32Gigs.

It doesn’t have to have m.2 and u.2 support but I would like to have both or at least m.2

Everything else doesn’t matter.

Can someone recommend?

Intel Xeon E5-1600 is 2012 Sandy Bridge Socket 2011.

I assume you mean Xeon E5-1600 v3/v4.

Yes it is Xeon v4. and I was considering the LGA 2011 R3 socket.
I should have been more specific.
Xeon E5-1620 v4 Broadwell-EP 3.5 GHz

I have been using Asus for my desktops, but
I have been using Supermicro for my co-located web servers for almost 20 years.
I forgot to consider them when putting this desktop together!

I will switch over my research to Supermicro motherboards.
They have been cost effective and super reliable for my web servers.
