Hello, my setup:
MSI gaming Pro Carbon X370 Motherboard with AMD Ryzen 1700x
MSI Armor GTx 1070 Graphicscard
Corsair Venegance 2x8gb DDR4
windows 10
All Drivers and Software up to Date
when i change the clock speed or anything else in the afterburner it just doesn´t apply to the Hardware (checked with CPUID HWMonitor and other tools)
already tried a lot including reinstalling Drivers and Software / setting startup delay to msi afterburner in config , which didn´t work cause i couldn´t save the config file though the Program wasn´t running (for sure) i removed the read only marker and had adminrights ,also set nvidia 3d setting to high performance already and allowed experimental features in GEForce experience (whatever that means) anyone can help cause i´m running out of ideas ..
