This is the build I'm buying - https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/MYRZPs
Is this build capable of running modern games(BF1, Overwatch, GTAV, Tomb Raider) at 4k ultrawide at a good frame rate

And if this build cant run 4k ultrawide is it worth upgrading parts to be able to run 4K ultrawide, if so what parts should be upgraded

With this build u will be playing at 35-40 fps avg on very high/ultra so if u like those specs. this the build for you .
if u want higher frames you should invest in a second 1070 or replace the 1070 for a 1080 than you will run about 45 to 80 fps avg on ultra/ highest settings depending on the game.
