Will this setup be all compatible?

Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 1070
CPU: i5 4690K
Motherboard: B85M-D3H
Ram: 12.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 650
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Solution
1| Get a Z87/Z97 motherboard to pair with your unlocked K suffix processor otherwise get the non K version of the i5 and stick to the B85 board.
2| You need to state the make and model of the rams since the highest frequency the B85 chipset will allow is 1600MHz. Outside of those two bits, you're good to go. How are you getting 12GB's, it should either be 8 or 16 not half way in the middle, if you want dual channel memory.

If the parts are being bought second hand, might want to pass on how much you're spending.

The ram is 12.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24), I got the ram 2nd hand for free and the rest is new.

free ram????, unless its from a family member who you trust then its okay otherwise its rather shady. and 12gb? that means you must have 2 6gb sticks which are exactly the same otherwise dual channel isnt gonne work. also 665mhz ram isnt that good for gaming.
i am currently having some pc issues myself so i switched my ram sticks with my dads (no chrashes since then). mine were 1300mhz and his are 667 according to task manager. what i am trying to tell you is that with the lower speed ram i am getting 10FPS (frames per second) lower in games so if i were you i would suggest going with either 8 or 16gb ddr3 which is faster then 665mhz.

Yeah it was free ram given from my dad's old computer, I took it to save on some cash but after reading your response I will make sure to buy some after my next paycheck. Thanks!

i wish you the best of luck with your computer!
ow btw, before you go ahead and buy 16gb of ram, look at what your currently using and i on what you intend to run on your system. i currently have 8gb of ram whiche is more then enghough for gameing and watching youtube at the same time and even then it still sits at 60% at worst
