recently i have put a new thermal paste on my cpu then i put the cpu on the socket with a fan and turned on my pc and i have been shocķed that there is no signal and the pc didn't boot up
notice :1. my cpu is i7 4790 and my motherboard is z87x ud4h
2. i have made sure that is the cpu is in the right way so the is not a problem with putting my cpu
