Recently, I have been experiencing 'lag' when playing CSGO and most games in general. My motherboard only supports ethernet and I do not own a network/Wi-Fi card. It happens rather on and off, but not like normal short term 'lag spikes', it lasts maybe an hour or so, and only makes an impact on gaming, nothing else. Here is a screenshot I got from speedtest:

How long has this issue been with you? Recently or since you built the system? Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date? While device drivers for your networking adapter is up to date? Speaking of which you forgot to mention your full system's specs inclusive of your OS. Please list them as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

You might also want to include all the games that are showing this issue. If everything checks out, hardware wise then the culprit can and will be your ISP or the cable with which you're connected to the internet.

Had this problem for 2 months, recently after building the system. I haven't updated my BIOS, like ever and that motherboard master badge tells me you're going to hate me for that, and I haven't updated my network drivers either.
