Sapphire Toxic R9 280X Tri-X 64 bit

Hello There,
I just can't stop asking questions. Please forgive me. I have completed a whole new build couple days ago. On my older build my Graphic Card displayed better graphics of 64 bit, but now the new system displays 32 bit. I wonder if there is a way to switch from 32 bit to 64 bit.

I think you've gotten something mixed up. Read this and see if this is what you were asking...? Are you on a 64bit OS? How much ram do you have on your system?

Out of curiosity(after looking at your signature spaced specs), why do you have a 1050W PSU?

Yes. I am on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and I am using G.Skill Z Tridents 2 sticks of 8 ram each with a 3400Ghz.

The best way that I can describe it is the pictures on the websites are blur and off screen beside the icons on the Desktop
