So a few weeks ago I made a slave router with a second router that I had. It's connected via a long ethernet cable and all the settings are fine. My iPhone connects fine to the wi-fi and my xbox can also connect fine to it via both wi-fi and ethernet. My problem is with my computer. It's working now as I'm writing this thread but after a few minutes the websites just simply won't load, and if they do it's only after it times out. Steam also doesn't work but when I'm playing CS GO for example, I can play online matches just fine.
I've done netsh resets.
I've made sure that the DNSs are obtaines automatically.
I've made sure my router settings are also fine (stuff like disabling DHCP etc.).
I've done malware scans.
I've updated drivers and also uninstalled them for the network adapter and reinstalled them.
I usually connect my PC to the slave router through ethernet but the problem persists with wi-fi also. However, connecting to my main router works fine so it must be something to do with the relationship between the slave router and the PC itself. I'm on windows 10 and both my routers are HUAWEI G633. Any other suggestions?
