Wi-fi Works on other devices but PC has problems with both wi-fi and ethernet connections

So a few weeks ago I made a slave router with a second router that I had. It's connected via a long ethernet cable and all the settings are fine. My iPhone connects fine to the wi-fi and my xbox can also connect fine to it via both wi-fi and ethernet. My problem is with my computer. It's working now as I'm writing this thread but after a few minutes the websites just simply won't load, and if they do it's only after it times out. Steam also doesn't work but when I'm playing CS GO for example, I can play online matches just fine.

I've done netsh resets.
I've made sure that the DNSs are obtaines automatically.
I've made sure my router settings are also fine (stuff like disabling DHCP etc.).
I've done malware scans.
I've updated drivers and also uninstalled them for the network adapter and reinstalled them.

I usually connect my PC to the slave router through ethernet but the problem persists with wi-fi also. However, connecting to my main router works fine so it must be something to do with the relationship between the slave router and the PC itself. I'm on windows 10 and both my routers are HUAWEI G633. Any other suggestions?

It seems as if there's a conflict with IP addresses. Try making your PC a static IP address, like 192.168.1.222 (or something outlandish like that). Sometimes a slave router can replicate an IP address that's also on the home router.

How would I go about doing that?

Open the Start Menu, right-click on 'Network', and select 'Properties'. The 'Network and Sharing Center' should open. Click on 'Manage network connections'. Right-click on the network adapter you want to assign an IP address and click Properties. Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) then click the Properties button. In that menu; untick the automatic IP option and tick 'Use the Following IP Address'. Enter your new address, the subnet mask should be 255.255.255.0, and the default gateway should be the router you want to attach to (IE: 192.168.1.1 or something like that)

Yeah I've just tried that, added a DHCP reservation for it on the primary router as well and nothing would load up

It's also quite important that your second router has a static IP outside the range of your DHCP pool. You may need to lower your DHCP pool if it takes an entire subnet (IE: Router 1 (192.168.X.1 static) and Router 2 (192.168.X.2 static) + DHCP Pool (router 1(192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.200)) giving your 100 potential devices. You'll then be able to connect to router 1 and 2 from a web browser to admin them.

My DHCP Pool is 192.168.1.3 to xxx.xxx.x.254 and my second router has a static ip of 192.168.1.2
I can also connect to both routers in the admin page using their gateway ip

Try making the pool of router 1 .100-.200 and see if that helps.

So over a week into this thread and the problem still hasn't been fixed. I have tried changing the DHCP Pool like you said but there's still problems. It'll work fine for a few minutes but then it won't work anymore

I have disabled the DHCP on it, changed the IP address to 192.168.1.2 and I also disabled the firewall and upnp incase it conflicted with the primary router. Thanks

Psiphon didn't work and yes the PC works without any problems when it's connected to the primary route via both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. Just doesn't work on the slave. If I turn the slave off and on the internet on my PC works fine for about a minute before timing out and not loading anything... But somehow CS GO online still works fine. Thanks
