Hi, so I've got an MSI x370 gaming pro carbon in my new build. I've had some issues with it, here's a link to another post I made about it talking about the actual issues.

Now, I checked around and got replies that updating a bios may help. So for updating a bios, am I supposed to download the latest bios version for my motherboard, put it on an empty USB that's FAT32 then boot from motherboard? Or am I supposed to put it on the USB a different or is the USB supposed to be a different format? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
