Hi, i wanted to know my ram frequency.
This is the same one i use (though in place of 2R×8, mine is 1R×8; what is the difference?)-http://
I thought the frequency was 555 as seen on the ram. But the specs of the above product says 667mhz. Which is true?

Solution
Maybe the 555 is just a product number or something. The speed of the RAM is clearly 667Mhz.
Just to make sure, these are the specs:

Hynix
1GB VRAM
DDR2 667Mhz
240 pin RAM.

Hope this helps. :p

If you have them, you should try running them both at the same time. When you boot up, open something like dxdiag and find the amount of RAM you have, to know if it recognizes the new RAM stick.
If it doesn't recognize, you should use the stick with more memory.
